Subscription Fee, Payment & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Fee & Payment

1.1 Base Currency

The base price of all subscriptions is set in GBP (British Pounds).

1.2 Pricing for Pakistan

For customers located in Pakistan only, the subscription price will be displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees), equivalent to the GBP price based on the applicable exchange rate.

1.3 Transaction Fee (Card Handling Charges by Payment Gateways)

In addition to the subscription fee, subscribers will be charged a 5% credit/debit card transaction fee for international payment gateways. For Pakistani payment gateways such as JazzCash, the applicable transaction fee will be 3%. This fee covers payment processing costs and is non-refundable.

Example: If the subscription price is USD 100, the total charged amount will be USD 105 (USD 100 subscription fee + USD 5 transaction fee). For payments made in PKR, the applicable card handling charges will be 3%.

2. No Tangible Products – No Shipping

This policy applies exclusively to digital video subscriptions. There are no physical products to ship or return. Therefore, no shipping policy applies to this Website.

3. Free Trial / Evaluation Opportunity

Before purchasing a subscription, you are strongly encouraged to watch all free videos available on our Website. These free videos represent the style, quality, and nature of our paid content. It is your responsibility to evaluate whether our content meets your requirements before purchasing a subscription.

4. No Refunds

All subscription sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Not watching the subscription content.
• Deciding that you no longer want the subscription.
• Personal circumstances preventing you from accessing or viewing the content.
• Dissatisfaction with the content after using the free preview opportunity.
• The applicable transaction fee is also non-refundable.

5. No Cancellations After Payment

Once you complete your payment and your subscription is activated, you cannot cancel your subscription. The subscription will remain active until its natural expiration date. There is no "cooling-off" period or pro-rated cancellation.

6. What Happens When You "Cancel" (Future Renewals)

We do not currently offer automatic recurring subscriptions. If recurring billing is introduced in the future, you may cancel future renewals at any time; however, the current active subscription period will not be refunded.

7. Technical Issues Exception (Not a Refund)

If you experience a verified technical issue on our end (for example, Website downtime for more than 48 consecutive hours) that prevents access to the content, we may, at our sole discretion, extend your subscription by the number of days lost. This extension is a service recovery and is not a refund.

8. Contact for Billing Disputes

If you believe a payment was made in error (for example, a duplicate charge), please contact us within 7 days at agilemrcgptraining@gmail.com . We will investigate the issue but do not guarantee a refund.
